Terms for Continuity Coverage and real drawing work.
These terms are the working baseline for Continuity while the product is in early access. They cover how the service should be used, who owns uploaded material, and how to think about review before relying on an answer.
Using Continuity
Continuity is provided on an early-access basis and may change as the product evolves.
You are responsible for the drawings, notes, and other material you upload or share with us.
You should review results before acting on them in live work.
Your Content
You keep ownership of your drawings and other content.
We may use the content you provide only to deliver the service, support your rollout, and improve the product.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the site or product in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other users.
Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Do not submit malicious files, spam, or content intended to disrupt the service.
Fees and Changes
Activation, acceptance, pricing, and billing terms will be shown before any charge is made.
During the first 30 days after a paid subscription begins, you may ask for a full refund of the subscription charges paid for that period. Use the contact link on this site to make the request.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product matures.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here when we do.
Liability
Continuity is an assistive tool, not a substitute for technician review or judgment.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior period, if any.
We do not promise that every result will be complete, current, or error-free.
